People complaining about price will always complain about price no matter what..
When you can get people to start laughing with you, you can do a deal..
Be yourself .. nothing you ever say can blow a deal. you blow a deal because you didn't do something..
They are going to lie to you about your competition..
If they say something great about the competition (price etc) ask them .. Why didn't you do it?
