I think this country needs a national health care system. Why are we the only industrialized nation in the world without a national health plan? Why do we have the worlds biggest death toll from cancer? Why are we one in three industrialized countries that has not banned hydrogenated oils and the use of corn syrup? These are leading causes of obesity. Why do we lead the world in obesity and other diseases related to diet? Why are we the only industrialized country that does nothing for preventative medicine?
