foreclosure: Release Housing Funds To The Local Economy - 03/21/13 03:04 AM
Did this ever happen to you? Submit a cash offer on a property for an investor only to receive a rely that the Seller, in this case an asset manager for REO properties, informing you they accepted another offer? That happens all the time. In this case the Listing Agent calls back a month later to ask if the buyer is still interested. A lot can happen in a month. foreclosure: Seller Sends Unsigned Counter Offer - 12/16/12 02:38 PM
This is a problem I have only seen once in over a hundred sales.  Buyer was bidding on a Lannon stone duplex on Sherman Boulevard in Milwaukee.   Being a foreclosure the place was pretty well torn apart inside.  The previous owner may have caused the damage, or like so many others, it may have been vandalized.  The duplex was over 2500 square feet.  The Buyer wanted to convert it into a single family unit and occupy it.   We went back and forth with the offer and a few counter offers.  Finally we reached an agreement with the seller, and asset manager … (0 comments)

Additional details to follow.  I wanted to … (0 comments)
