The hardest part of a short sale used to be working with the lender.  Over the past year, lenders have streamlined the process and made it much easier and quicker.  Now the hardest part can be setting an appoint. I tried making an appointment for a short sale on Monday at 4:30.  The buyer was available to view the property at 9:30 AM Tuesday.  Per the MLS instructions, I called the listing office at 4:30 PM Monday and left a message.  At 5:00 PM Monday I looked up the listing agent's cell phone number, called and left a message.  Tuesday 9:00 … (0 comments)
