I’ve noticed Realty Executives is a major sponsor of Active Rain. I feel I should add my testimony. One of the major reasons I joined Realty Executives was due to a deal I never closed. I had written an offer to purchase for a property listed by a Realty Executive agent. I was impressed with the professional manner this agent handled the entire process. The buyer had trouble with the financing, the listing agent suggested new lenders. A few other problems effected the offer and we eventually executed a cancellation mutual release.
