Have you received any accepted offers on bank foreclosures from an asset manager? Did you see the new paragraph where it asks if you, the Real Estate Agent screened the buyer to determine if they are a terrorist or drug dealer? Yep that's on the new counter offers from asset managers. I suppose that 84 billion dollars a year the federal government is spending om homeland security is not doing its job, so they have to turn to Real Estate Agents to fill the gap.
