seller signs a contract: Seller You Got What You Paid For

This has been happening a lot. I call to set up a showing appointment and the listing agent never calls back. The listing has 1 picture and all the room sizes are 0 x 0. You can see the effort the agent put into the listing.I can imagine why the seller chose this agent. My guess is their sales pitch is as honest as their way of doing business. I'll bet the listing agent filled the seller with all kinds of jabber about how she sells more listings on her own than anyone. Fact of the matter is, only about 1% … (0 comments)
