As of today, there are eleven homes that are under contract in Clarksburg Town Center. They range in price from a detached five-bedroom home on Grapevine Ridge that was offered for $600,000 to a three-bedroom condo on Catawba Hill Drive that was listed for $249,000.
Thus far, 27 homes have sold and gone to settlement in Clarksburg Town Center during 2009. The least expensive was a $235,000 condo and the highest selling price was $599,000 for a home on Burdette Forest Road.

Adventist HealthCare is partnering with Clarksburg Town Center to offer wellness programs to the Clarksburg community. The partnership includes tests and screening for asthma and pulmonary functions, and classes.
The classes will be held at the Clarksburg Town Center Residents Club and the Clarksburg Town Center Farmers' Market from now through November.

clarksburg town center: Clarksburg Farmers Market Is Up and Running

If you like fresh, locally-grown food (and who doesn't!), you should check out the Clarksburg farmers market.
It's open every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and is located in Clarksburg Town Center at the junction of Public House Road and Ebenezer Chapel Road.
The market, which started this June, is a way for local farmers to connect with consumers in our area, and will be open each Sunday until November.

There was a Clarksburg Chamber meeting held today at the Highlands Shopping Center. Eloise Woodfield of the Clarksburg Historic Society spoke about the plans for Clarksburg Day, which this year will be held at Clarksburg High School on Saturday June 7th. Also, the Clarksburg Town Center Annual 5K race will be held on April 19th beginning at 8:30AM. There was also talk about plans for Clarksburg's future. … (0 comments)

Members of the Clarksburg Chamber of Commerce registered their support for the plans for the Clarksburg Town Center retail core. The plans were filed with the county Planning Board in April. There are still no details on what tenants might occupy the storefronts, but a grocery store and 20 to 42 tenants such as a coffeehouse, restaurants and convenience-type businesses are expected. The revised retail plan is part of the compliance plan the developer was required to submit after Clarksburg Town Center was found to have hundreds of site plan violations in 2005. The Pumpkin Festival will be held this year on October 20th, 2007 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and it is hosted by Newland Communities. The Pumpkin Festival will take place on the west side of Clarksburg Town Center, where it was held last year. The festival is free and open to the public. You can donate to the charities at the festival and you may purchase a glow heart pumpkin...details to come.
