Hidden Hills, CA. A Gated Community Hidden Hills is an upscale gated community in Los Angeles County. The population is just over 2000 residents. It is one of the wealthiest cities in the United States. Founded in the early 1950's, it was incorporated in 1961. The are approximately 648 home sites in just under 2 square miles.
