PAPER OR PLASTIC??
In these hectic times, I often find myself wondering which method is more effective?? I have my BlackBerry with me 24/7, yet if something goes wrong, I will lose ALL my data. I also carry a paper calendar in my workbag, but I have a hard time reviewing it everyday. For some reason, those notes I make don't "pop up" as reminders for me. :)
So...which method do you use??

Good Morning!!
Yesterday was a pretty neat day!! 10.10.10. On top of that, it was my youngest's FOURTH birthday!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY XAN!!

Things are starting to pick back up a little. Interest rates are awesome, kids are settled back into school and there are PLENTY of homes to choose from!! So, if you're a seller...a) price your home reasonably (listen to your REALTOR!!), b) make it easy to show and c) counter that low-ball offer (you never know what they are willing to do!!).
