I own and run a real estate company in Ausitin, TX with my husband Johan.
We service retail clients and educate them about the real estate market in particular in the local Austin and Central Texas area.
We are also active investors and work with many investor clients. We fix, flip, and hold residential and commercial real estate in Austin.
My blog is about situations that I encounter in my daily business from selling homes for people, working with other Realtors to working with distressed sellers in foreclosure, fixing houses, wholeselling them and managing rental properties.
I try and write my blog entertaining and educational.
