A Brevard County firm is proposing a floating resort to be anchored offshore of Port Canaveral in Brevard County Florida. The developing firm is working on funding for the project. The idea for the Undersea Resort plans for three cruise ship type vessels to be anchored in a triangle off the coast of Brevard County.

How does the short sale of a Cocoa Beach, Florida condo end up at a Beach Boys concert? What a roller coaster ride this short was! I helped a couple place an offer on a condo in Cocoa Beach, which was a short sale. The offer was placed on February 19, 2008, and did not close until May 11, 2008.
