The sale of Brevard County homes and condos rose in April 2008 over March 2008. When the media finally starts recognizing and reporting something positive, we may be already be heading in the right direction. According to the Florida Today Newspaper, Brevard County home and condo sales were up in April. Are Increasing Brevard County Home and Condo Sales Good News? The article went on to say that sales are still below this time last year. Of course the media can't state a positive point without a negative spin. A Brevard County firm is proposing a floating resort to be anchored offshore of Port Canaveral in Brevard County Florida. The developing firm is working on funding for the project. The idea for the Undersea Resort plans for three cruise ship type vessels to be anchored in a triangle off the coast of Brevard County.
