How much experience does your property manager actually have?
How much experience do they have actually managing residential property? There are actually 3 factors to look at here:

-How many years have they been in the property management business?
   -Many property managers have only been around for a few years while other have been in business for 25 years or more!
 
-Were those years spent full time or only part time in the business?
   -There is a big difference in being a full time property manager and someone who just tries to do it on the side … (7 comments)
