RENTAL HOMES
As a ReMax agent who also owns a separate property management company, I often get calls from people seeking a rental home. If the home they are calling about is no longer available the potential tenants will sometimes ask if I can drive them around and show them other agent’s listings. I really want to help every potential tenant out there, but the time that it takes to search, schedule, and show, other rental homes doesn’t usually justify the effort. All property owners in Coral Springs Florida who currently rent their home, condo, apartment, etc., are first required by the city to register as a business. If the owner lives outside of the Tri-County area they are also required to give the name of a local property manager, or someone else who is local, to the city as a first point of contact in case the city needs to communicate with the landlord or their designated representative.       A-- When the tenant doesn’t pay rent on time we contact them to find out why. The law is very specific about what steps you need to take and how to take them.
