Treasury 10-year notes fell after a government report showed employers added more jobs in November than economists forecast, suggesting the economy is weathering the worst housing slump in 16 years. Yields on the benchmark securities were headed for their first weekly increase since October as traders reduced bets that the Federal Reserve will cut its target lending rate by a half- percentage point at its meeting Dec. 11.
