How many REALTORS are in your Market??? My area, Grand Junction, Colorado, Mesa County has 640!!! Based on the number of homes sold in 2011, they would be Averaging 3.5 sales per YEAR!!! BUT...we know that's NOT the case, There are a HANDFUL of Realtors that are dominating the market, and the rest are BARELY surviving. Is YOUR Realtor a FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL???! Currently, there are 640 Realtors listed as members of the Grand Junction Area Realtor's Association. That's a lot of Realtors trying to make a living in Mesa County, selling Real Estate!!!
