It pays a perpetual referral fee for any client that is referred by a licensed realtor. realtors: Coulda Woulda Shoulda or Location Location Location

Had a sales meeting last week. Our Market Advisor for the Raleigh, NC & Atlanta GA markets, Louise Williamson, put it out that in the real estate investor world "Coulda Woulda Shoulda" is or should be the motto versus the timeless & iconic "Location Location Location". Her reasoning is that while there are many markets that you can find (if you know how and where to look) that are right for real estate investing making location always important, the other is more relative to the investor.
