The real estate section of become inundated with listings of builder spec homes. A new trend of posting a builders spec homes on Craigslist is taking over the Arizona real estate section. 
A Realtor can go out to most any builder get a list of their current spec homes, along with the keys and a camera, take some pictures and then post these as listings on Craigslist. I think it is a good idea, however, there are now so many realtors posting these spec homes that you see the same home multiple times.
