Called a FSBO today. 5 minutes into the conversation as I was closing on the appointment he tells me that he's signing up with a broker today but if I have a buyer I should bring them over. He kept insisting that I should come before he signs because he thinks it's ridicules to pay (1 comments)

Homeowners were elderly people and after living in the house for 30 years you can imagine how much stuff they had there. The husband had hart surgery 2 weeks prior to closing and that delayedpacking and moving out on time. At the closing table sellers attorney was asking the homeowners when they (0 comments)
