Marietta, GA (Cobb County) Real Estate Listing - 579 Berkeley Ln Kennesaw, GA 30144 We've just listed another awesome property in Kennesaw, GA. It's a nice sized Ranch Style home at 2122 SF, but the Finished Basement adds another 500+ SF. This is no ordinary basement either... if you like entertaining than this is the place for you. All of the basic living is on the main level, including a Master on Main and two more secondary bedrooms and a full bath. Another great feature of the home is the Back Deck and Private Back Yard that adjoins a Screened-In Deck. This space is (9 comments)
We just listed a beautiful 4 Bed/ 3.5 Bath, 2 Story Home in Cobb County. This was a fun property to shoot. Him being a huge "techy", I can depend on him to give me a close look at a lot of the new technology as he is a classic "early adopter". This was the first time I had ever seen what a Hi-Def camera could do and on a Hi-Def 50' Plasma TV no less. In a word, I was simply "amazed". The quality was so good it looked 3-D. The colors, the sharpness, everything was perfect (4 comments)

I've been involved in Residential and Commerical Building and Real Estate for the last 15+ years here in the Metro Atlanta area. My father is a builder and so was his father before him. In fact, most of my aunts and uncles are either in the building industry or real estate agents, including three career agents on my mother's side. I literally grew up in and around real estate and have yet to stay very far from it. My first job at the tender age of 13 was framing homes in the metro area. From there it grew to commerical and (8 comments)
