I liked this 'Clunker for Cash' program pretty much except one thing? I think it could do two things at once and that is always a plus to me. It could get alot of those old gas guzzlin' emission producing auto's off the roads and it could give a welcomed hand up to some folks that might not otherwise get $4,500.00 for their 15 year old car with over 200,000 miles on it. All in all sounded like a pretty good plan but I was wondering. . . Don't you imagine some of our kids in the military deployed overseas might have clunkers too? You … (1 comments)
