Sales in Q2 2022 on a dollar volume basis decreased substantially to $372k from $618k. The day on Market trend continues tightening despite the drop in dollar volume. Sold % of List Price trend continues to increase although the inventory has decreased compared to Q1. Properties with a $2 million to $5 million price point have the most dollar sales volume.
