For some crazy reason Casselman, ON the real estate market is terribly slow this year. As of today, there are 27 active listings available (these are only single detached homes). The prices are dropping and you can certainly get value for your dollar. There are some beautiful homes with large lots and tonnes of upgrades. Casselman is a small town has has grown quite a bit over the last few years. Its minutes (like 3) from the 417, only a 40 minute drive to the City of Ottawa, commuter bus service, excellent schools both English and French, close to amenities, good … (0 comments)

Living in an apartment or condo can be a GREAT SOLUTION when downzing and you can truly be happy with lower cost and less maintenance. BUT is condo living for you - lets look at the pros and cons. When you are thinking of purchasing a condo apartment, you must think beyond the dollars and cents. Your neighbors are closer than you think and that might be a good thing or not such a great thing.
