66 single family homes sold at an average of $365 per square foot 31  condos sold at an average of $291 per square foot 13  townhomes sold at an average of $346 per square foot The average time on the real estate market for single family homes was 89 days. real estate: Termite Inspection Explained - 03/12/11 08:37 PM
If you have your Pasadena home for sale, your real estate agent most likely suggested that you get a Termite Inspection done as soon as possible.  I usually order a termite inspection the first week of all my home listings.
