At times as a Huntsville Alabama Realtor, I’m accused of being biased towards Breland Homes. I’ve praised Breland Homes so much that I’ve been asked if I work directly for them. That answer is no, I don’t.
Why do I sing the praises of Breland Homes? It’s quite simple, really. I’ve had the pleasure of selling 8 Breland Homes in the past 2 years. EACH and every transaction was a smooth one for my buyers. EVERY experience, period.

My friend Greg Nino wrote this wonderful article about purchasing a New Home. I've been meaning to do the same, but Greg has done such a wonderful job! Thank you Greg for allowing me to share this.
