As you all know, I opened my own company, @ Homes Realty Group,  last year.   Finding JUST the right agents has been my biggest struggle.  I refuse to settle, period.  I’d shut my doors before I ran an “agent mill”.  You know the type:  Got a breath of life in you?  Come on over.  Not happening in my office, ever.
