I currently joined my boyfriend in the quest of conquering the Real Estate Investment world. Now, not only I will enjoy being a Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams, but I will also have an opportunity to experience first hand rehabbing and flipping.
Over the weekend, I attended my first Full Immersion training through Fortune Builders and I have to tell you, I learned so much from the coach. September 2016 was a Seller's market. The number of for sale listings was down 9.5% from one year earlier and down 2.3% from the previous month. The number of sold listings decreased 0.4% year over year and decreased 15.7% month over month.The number of under contract listings was down 8.6% compared to the previous month and up 6.3% compared to the previous year.
The Months of Inventory based on Closed Sales is 1.6, down 11.2% from the previous year.
