Hi there. It's Ian here bringing you an update of the Everett Homes for Sale under $200k.
It's been 54 days since my initial Blog on this subject and there has been a lot of good activity in the intervening time period.
Inventory is significantly lower as a result of good buyer activity, and anyone considering the sale of property should take heed. Make hay while the sun shines, as they say!!
At the end of February we showed an inventory of 54 properties. Today that list has reduced to 33, as listed below.
