It wasn't too long ago in this industry, that one simply went to their lender found out if they could buy a home or not, and went out and bought one. The paradigms that exist with buyers in the Sacramento market are no different today then they were before. Why is it that people are so media conscious that if you read the headlines that the sun is not coming out that you accept that fact and look out the window and it's bright as it can be, could it be that the paper was wrong?
