The Agent with the Highest Listing Price Wins! Picture it, you sit down with a real estate agent because you want to know what your 3 bedroom, 1 bath with tiny property, home is worth. Agent #1 says your home will sell at $350,000. That reality doesn't sit well with you so you call another agent. Agent #2 says, "oh no, you can sell for $400,000".
