framingham ma: A Photo Is Worth A Thousand Words – Long Term - 11/07/07 04:40 AM
It's important to me that my clients know I will always try to have their best interests at heart.  I develop relationships for the long haul, to benefit everyone; believing that what I give out, I usually receive back.  Believing this and in fact recognizing it as a core value  of mine has helped to shape the way in which I conduct business.  This is important information, because it has helped to frame a policy my company has regarding a practice most home stagers are involved with and one in which I not only differ, but do not offer to prospective clients.

framingham ma: Won’t You Be My Neighbor - 11/05/07 05:22 PM
I remember watching the smiling face of Mr. Fred Rogers as he sang Won't You Be My Neighbor, while putting on one of his famous sweaters.

I particularly liked the way he somehow made me feel welcome, even though I sat on one side of a screen and he on the other.

I mean basically the web is the yellow pages of today, right?

Wow.  I can't believe my eyes.  I decided to run an Overture Keyword Selector Tool Search on some of the words common to our industry, or what we might consider common and was shocked … (12 comments)

framingham ma: A Few Things I Will Not Do - 10/16/07 02:20 PM
I've been getting referrals and receiving phone calls from other business people that are recognizing the "market" that stagers present.  Today I received a call that caused me to step back just a minute.  As many times as I explain to these Marketeers what I do and how I do it, some how it just doesn't get through.  Some folks will continue to believe home staging is all smoke and mirrors.  For those that need clarification, this blog post is dedicated to you.
I had an interesting phone call late this afternoon.  An individual called me wanting to share his idea as … (14 comments)
