The Pending Home Sale Index, is an important tool to use in determining Market Conditions, in Arizona we have the Cromford Report, that takes the pendings into consideration. These contain important information to use in helping the agent to price listings and make offers on homes.
The National Association of Realtors' Pending Home Sales Index is a forward-looking indicator that tracks contract signings, not closings.
