My mini vacation with the Carnival Cruise line named the paradise fun ship was a blast. It was money well spent and the boat ride over to Catalina Islands was a great experience. I have a current short sale with Countrywide and it's a townhouse in the city of Brentwood. Is it typical for the lenders to only pay back property taxess and not the delinquent HOA dues? If or if not have you had any experience with any lenders forgiving the HOA dues that are owed? I'm trying to negotiate the dues but I was told immediatley that they do not pay them at all.
