bellevue: Bellevue rated as one of America's best small cities!

A recent list of the Top 100 Small Cities in Americal put together by CNN lists Bellevue as the 42nd best small city to live in overall. People that live in Bellevue won't be surprised by this I'm sure, and might think they should be rated just a bit higher, but being in the top 100 isn't bad.
