Well ladies and gentlemen, the year is off to a great start here in sunny Florida! We've got new listings, scheduled closings, and we're thrilled to see business picking back up already after the holidays. We all have certain scents that trigger fond memories - the smell of fresh baked apple pie reminds me of my grandmas house; freshly cut lawns bring to mind summer days sitting on the porch with my dad drinking ice cold sweet tea...
