Regardless if you are male or female you have struggled with this problem. You had this problem in your younger years and trust me when you get older it rears its ugly head again. I chose to use two words for today and did so because that is how they are in my Webster’s®. I’ve had people do this to me in the past and I find it hard to trust people because of it. In our profession we can’t have any of this. I have in the past known people in the past and really currently that do this. Having been to real estate school I don’t recall this word showing up. Just looked in the booklet provided and sure enough it’s not there.
