Could not give client away.
When I was made principal broker in March of this year I quit taking listings or dealing with buyers. That’s not exactly true I do have a select set of clients I’ve been working with over the years that I’ve kept. Anyway a few weeks ago I had a person hit my website and fill out some information. I called an agent working with us and give him/her the client’s information. About two weeks ago that person wanted to see some homes.
