With the current economy and foreclosure woes our country is facing, it is good to be able to play a small part in helping people during these tough times. As the title agent in my BNI group it is only natural for me to be able to refer and receive business from the Realtor and mortgage broker in my BNI Chapter. Since I joined BNI two years ago I have seen both the original Realtor and mortgage broker leave our chapter (one transferred to a different BNI chapter that fit his schedule better, the other left the mortgage business to pursue other interests). I am going to be on a morning radio talk show next Tuesday June 17th from 9:30 - 10am. The show is on 1150am in Volusia County and is called Senior Life Solutions.www. seniorlifesolutions. com I will be there with one of my reverse mortgage clients explaining the benefits and answering title questions about reverse mortgages for senior citizens.
