Friendswood, Texas ~ The announcement have been made about the Baybroook Mall 550,000 sq ft expansion, new operating businesses have been secured, and construction has been ongoing. A grand opening is scheduled for Wednesday, November 18th, at the Mall located in Friendswood, at I-45 South and Bay Area Blvd. Besides retail shopping, a new feature, “The Lawn”, has been added. The Lawn is a grassy area about the length of a football field with oversized digital screens, a stage, and benches. Valet parking will also be available, in addition to the recently added parking deck.
