Allow me, if I may, to make a very important distinction between the (2) primary types of alternative real estate companies in today's business environment. -Discount brokers charge up-front, for thier "a-la-carte" type services -Fee For Service Brokers such as Help-U-Sell North Metro, sell homes for a low set fee payable only if the property closes. Recently our office in Alpharetta has been bouncing around the idea of getting into the HUD Home Selling & Listing business...as well as becoming HUD approved for buyers. From the buy side we could essentially cover all real estate transactions done in the State of Georgia.
