helpusell: Quick facts about Roswell, Georgia - 12/27/06 11:16 AM
The City of Roswell was founded by Roswell King who came from St. Simons Island, GA in 1836. He established the Roswell Manufacturing Company.  He built a mill to harness the power of the local rivers to make textiles. Roswell was incorporated, officially became a city, on February 16, 1854. Union Soldiers occupied Roswell from July 5 - July 17, 1864 on their march to Atlanta. The Roswell Manufacturing Company mill was destroyed by fire twice.  In 1864 Union General W.T. helpusell: Happy Holidays from Help-U-Sell North Metro, Alpharetta GA - 12/24/06 12:37 PM
It's Christmas Eve...soon to be the year 2007. My first year in Real Estate has been interesting to say the least. My "career" in Real Estate could have been just as I had just wrote it: a "career" in quotation marks because my first attempt at working for a name brand broker soon after I was licensed was unsuccessful. I was with the firm for 6 months and accomplished zilch. I retreated back to my advertising sales experience and worked for a small company selling ads in a local yellow page directory. It was a paycheck, 100% more money than I … (3 comments)

So copycats beware...scram! I'm claiming this idea myself, here, first, right now! I was gonna wait until tomorrow to post this but more and more stuff started poppin into my head.

helpusell: It's a simple question(s)....right? - 12/12/06 06:01 AM
Where does search start and end?
In multiple inquiries, is a consumer more likely to go to Realtor.com (who states that 75% +/- of all consumers start searching online before they buy property) or to a search engine?
When we say consumers are more tech savvy, does this mean they search keywords AND/OR blogs?
I would love to know the percentages of those who, after they started thier first search, go about it the same way a second or third time...or if when they go back online a second or third time, they go straight to a branded source. (Like Realtor.com or Trulia.com)
Do you … (2 comments)
