I certainly don't need to tell you that the recent crash of the sub-prime mortgage industry has caused major problems for you and me (mortgage and real estate professionals). Forcing many of us to start looking for ways to help our clients qualify for lending, so we can get back to making a living. There's no closing without a qualified buyer.
