With the prices of homes today declining (having bought mine two years ago in June)...it's clear we're all looking at what's next for the value of our homes with Gas Prices, Building Costs and food going up. Costs of living are increasing while our nests are not. But what we fail to remember is that Real Estate is a long-term investment. It's like a stock. Stocks are to be bought low and sold high...right? Sometimes the gap between "Bought Low" and "Sold High" is a matter of a year or two...sometimes not.
