For the past year I have successfully negotiated over 25 Shorts Sales. Some have been for other listing agents and some of my own listings. Citigroup is getting into the Rental business, at least it says it is. Citigroup launched a prorgam to rent out 500 homes to homeowners who are having trouble paying their mortgage, rather than put the loans in foreclosure and kick the owners out. Citigroup is becoming the second largest bank - since Bank of America launched a similar program to rent in March to try out a rental program that would alleviate some of the pain of foreclosure.
