In most areas of the country, home prices have gone up. Certain cities like Houston have seen a slow and steady increase in Real Estate values. I have been a Real Estate Broker in the Houston area for about 11 years and have seen a few cycles. I certainly have not been in the business long enough to see first hand what the 80s were like for the market, but I do remember the economy "issues". The biggest market turn I remember was around 2008-2012. OUCH ! As with any market, they go in cycles and thankfully the '08-12 didn't last very long. WASHINGTON (June (0 comments)
