This means they will delay evicitions during the holiday season. They may still continue other foreclosure activities, however, evictions are sure to be halted. Bank of America has also agreed to suspend evictions. There is yet to be confirmation from other large banks if they will follow suit.

A reprieve is in order for those in question of losing their home this holiday season. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac say they are delaying foreclosures for two weeks between Dec 17 - January 2.
