Well tomorrow starts our summer season here in Cashiers NC. A much anticipated arrival of the visitors and second home owners that drive our real estate market over the next 6 months. I personally am very excited about the new season. Sapphire Valley seems to come alive over the next few weeks. New people wanting to experience everything these amazing mountains have to offer. SUVs with kayaks and canoes strapped to their roofs, Florida vehicles stuffed to capacity with all the makings of a marvelous summer vacation.
