While reviewing a Seller’s bungalow built here in Asheville in the 1900s the Home Inspector discovered a number of “issues”. Now, as you know, “issues”(as per the list that follows in Part 2)  can be of concern. Depending on the objectives of the Sellers and their potential Buyers, this is a situation thoughtfully to be considered.

 In this case, will  theSellers chose to leave the  rehab of the rental property in the University District here in Asheville to Buyers who would deal with“Big Ticket Items” found in  many older buildings?
