Have you ever noticed that clients sometimes ask you all kinds of questions NOT about the property they want to list or about the property in which they want to invest, but about subjects librarians love to answer? This past month, I have been asked at least 10 questions that had me stumped, well, at least for a minute or two. Like, "Are they going to decorate the cell towers around Asheville for the holidays?" And "At what rate does that waterfall- fall?"
